6 Reasons For

Miele Has Excellent Reviews for Its Vacuums

Low maximum input power vacuum cleaners built by Miele have excellent ratings on average. We also checked the reviews for all vacuums (not just low maximum input power vacuum cleaners) and found that Miele also has excellent ratings across its entire range.

Good Product Quality

A few Miele Swing H1 reviewers who bought it considered that it was good quality. E.meredith said “Extremely well made, very quiet to use”.

Robust

One Miele Swing H1 owner reckoned that this vacuum cleaner was well made.

Acceptable Noise Level

Several Miele Swing H1 owners said that it was quiet. In January last year E.meredith said in their review on Amazon “I have settled on Miele big uprights all over the house on every floor as they are quiet, do a brilliant job”.

Good Support

One person who reviewed this vacuum cleaner concluded that it had good technical guidance. In January last year E.meredith said in their review of the Miele Swing H1 on Amazon “A good long lead, easy clear instruction book”.

Easy to Use

One customer mentioned in their reviews that it was easy to use.

4 Reasons Against

Not Good in Terms of Size

Some Miele Swing H1 reviewers who reviewed it reckoned that it was not heavy and bulky. Last year E.meredith said in their review on Amazon “Far too heavy to use for most women”. E.meredith also wrote “It is much too heavy in use”. E.meredith also said “The heavy weight (in use) of the machine means I'm sending it back”.

Does Not Have a Brush Tool

The Miele Swing H1 does not have a brush tool, although keep in mind that most of the other vacuums of a similar type and age to the Swing H1 also do not have a brush tool.

We compared this vacuum cleaner to all the other vacuum cleaners with a brush tool and we think the Henry Hoover HVR200-12[pl_2901788_price], or the e HDK201-12[pl_3799714_price] both from Numatic which is also higher rated is also worth considering.

Quite Small Operating Radius

The operating radiuss of vacuums of a comparable spec and age to the Swing H1 range from 4m to 32m. At only 9 meters, the Swing H1 has a fairly small operating radius compared to most of the other low maximum input power vacuum cleaners that were released one year ago.

If you would prefer a vacuum cleaner with a bigger operating radius then you might also want to consider the Bosch BGL4ALLGB[plb_2812956_price] (10m and higher rated), the Samsung F600[plb_2848957_price] (10m and higher rated), or the Miele Complete C2 Celebration[plb_2910893_price] (10m and higher rated).

Not Cordless

Like most of the other vacuum cleaners of this age and spec, the Swing H1 is not cordless.

Dry Cleaning Type

The cleaning type of this vacuum cleaner is Dry, which is typical of many low maximum input power vacuum cleaners that are a comparable age to it.

We compared this vacuum to all the other Dry vacuums and we think the BGL4ALLGB[pl_2812956_price], and the BSGL5AL2GB[pl_2815306_price] both from Bosch or the Numatic Henry Hoover Eco[plb_2713931_price] which has better reviews is also worth considering.

Average Noise Level

The Swing H1 has a relatively typical noise level (76 decibels) compared to most of the other vacuums that have been on the market for more than a year.

I have tried so many vacuum cleaners. They all have problems. Dyson, too noisy and I can't stand bagless because of the revolting shower of filth as you empty the canister. Gtech, great... Read more…
