One customer reckoned that it did not have a good contrast ratio. Digitalversus.com wrote in their review of this TV on expert review site Digital Versus “The LG LN5400 is held back by its IPS display, which makes for low contrast and a poor response time”.

Not 3D

Like most of the other comparable spec TVs that were released around the same time as this TV, the 32LN5400 is not 3D.

Televisions which are 3D that might also be worth considering include the Samsung UE37ES6300U, the Salora 24LED6100C3D, or the LG 32LY760.
