Samsung Has Excellent Tablet Computer Reviews

Samsung is one of the top rated tablet brands according to average user and expert reviews, and Samsung also has excellent ratings for its tablets.

5 Reasons Against

Not 3G

The Samsung GT-P3110 Galaxy Tab 2 is not 3G. Most of the other tablet computers that came out more than two years ago are also not 3G.

Chart Edit

Not 4G

Like most of the other tablet computers that were released around the same time as the GT-P3110 Galaxy Tab 2, the GT-P3110 Galaxy Tab 2 is not 4G.

Chart Edit

Quite Small Display Diagonal

The average display diagonal of comparable spec tablets that have been on the market for a similar time to the GT-P3110 Galaxy Tab 2 is 8.7", and the display diagonals range from 3.9" to 19". With a display diagonal of only 7 inches, the GT-P3110 Galaxy Tab 2 has one of the smaller display diagonals amongst tablets of this age.

We compared all the other 7" tablet computers to this tablet and we think the Trekstor 7.0 HD which is cheaper is also worth considering.

If this Samsung tablet display diagonal is not large enough for you then you might want to consider the Acer Iconia Tab 10 A3-A10 (10.1"), or the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 ($389.95) (10.1") which also has a higher rating.

This Samsung tablet supports a 3 bluetooth version, whereas most tablets that are a comparable age to it support a 4 bluetooth version. Across all tablet computers that came out more than two years ago the best Bluetooth version is 4.0+HS and the worst is 2.1.

None observed other than the invariable whining about size vs. price. This is still seen in most drives
Wish I had one years ago
Like others have mentions, the charger isn't a micro USB which sucks. but I'm sure Samsung has their reasons
