Computershopper.com gave the product a score of 4 stars and said five years ago “The 101 XS is slim and light—but a bit too pricey”. Pcadvisor.co.uk mentioned in their Archos 101 review on expert review site PC Advisor.co.uk “Between the tablet's two halves is a slim aluminium st” but even so they only rated the product 60 out of 100.
A few people mentioned in their reviews that this tablet was lightweight. Three years ago Digitalversus.com said on Digital Versus “A lightweight physical keyboard” in their review yet they only scored this tablet 3 stars. In the same month expert review site Whattabletpc.com said “It's lightweight and nippy with good versatility due to the large range of ports”. Whattabletpc.com also said “Solid, lightweight design”.
