Supports Full HD

The Vivitek DH558 supports full HD, as do most of the other projectors of this age and spec.

We compared all the other projectors which support full HD to this data projector and we think the Infocus IN1118HD ($599.99) which is cheaper; or the Epson EB-U32, and the Benq W1110 ($882.90) which has better reviews are also worth considering.

The Vivitek DH558 has a built-in speaker(s). Most of the other projectors that have been available for more than a year also have a built-in speaker(s).

It may also be worth considering one of the other data projectors with a built-in speaker(s) currently available including the Epson EX7240 ($549.99) which is cheaper; or the Epson EB-U32 which has better reviews.

We think you might also be interested in alternative projectors which also have a built-in speaker(s) including the Vivitek DW814.

Quite Dim Projector Brightness

At only 3,000 ANSI lumens, the Vivitek DH558 has a fairly dim projector brightness compared to most of the other projectors that have been on the market for a comparable time to this projector. Across all the data projectors that have been around for around the same time as this projector the projector brightnesses range from 2,000 ANSI lumens to 5,000 ANSI lumens, and the average projector brightness is 3,400 ANSI lumens.

We compared all the other 3,000 ANSI lumens brightness data projectors to this projector and we think because of it's better review score, the EH-TW570, and the EB-U04 both from Epson is also worth considering.

If you are looking for a brighter projector brightness then you might also want to look at the DX813 (3,500 ANSI lumens), or the DW882ST (3,600 ANSI lumens) both from Vivitek which is also cheaper.
