There are a number of alternative projectors with a built-in speaker(s) currently available that you might also want to look at including the X401 ($1,049.00), or the ML1500E both from Optoma or the Viewsonic PJD6383S which has better reviews.

The Viewsonic PJD7533 has a maximum resolution of WXGA (1280x800). That's 30% more resolution than the most common projector native resolution of XGA (1024x768). Across all 15000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as this projector the worst resolution is SVGA (800x600) and the best is WUXGA (1920x1200).

At 4,000 ANSI lumens, the PJD7533 has a relatively standard projector brightness compared to most of the other comparable spec projectors that are a similar age to this data projector.

If you want a data projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might want to look at the Optoma W401 ($1,035.92) (4,500 ANSI lumens and cheaper).
