Supports Full HD

The Sony VPL-CH370 supports full HD, which is unusual. Most of the other 2500:1 contrast ratio projectors that are a comparable age to this projector do not support full HD.

We think you might also be interested in some of the alternative multimedia projectors which support full HD currently available including cheaper projectors such as the Vivitek D7180HD, or the Sony VPL-CH350 ($1,499.95).

We compared this projector to all the other data projectors with a full HD and we think the Sony VPL-CH355 ($1,499.99) is also worth considering.

A WUXGA (1920x1200) projector native resolution is actually the best resolution amongst all similar spec data projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as this projector.

Amongst comparable types of multimedia projector the worst resolution is XGA (1024x768).
