Very Dim Projector Brightness

With a projector brightness of only 30 ANSI lumens, the Philips PPX1230/EU has one of the dimmer projector brightnesses amongst multimedia projectors of this age. The projector brightnesses of similar spec data projectors that were released around the same time as this projector range from 12 ANSI lumens to 5,500 ANSI lumens, and the average projector brightness is 400 ANSI lumens.

It may also be worth considering one of the other 30 ANSI lumens brightness projectors currently available including because of it's better review score, the Philips PPX2330/BR.

Multimedia projectors with a brighter projector brightness that might be worth looking at include the 3M MP225 (32 ANSI lumens), the Rollei Innocube IC200T (35 ANSI lumens), or the Aiptek MobileCinema A50P (35 ANSI lumens) which also has a higher rating.

Does Not Support Full HD

The PPX1230/EU does not support full HD, although this is within the context that most of the other similar spec projectors that have been on the market for more than two years also do not support full HD.

We compared this projector to all the other projectors with a full HD and we think the Nano Go 7, or the Nano Go 8 both from XXODD or the Philips PPX3410/CN is also worth considering.
