Similar spec multimedia projectors that were launched more than two years ago have projector brightnesss of between 2,600 ANSI lumens and 7,000 ANSI lumens, and the average projector brightness is 3,700 ANSI lumens. At only 3,100 ANSI lumens, the PTCW330U has a fairly dim projector brightness compared to most of the other multimedia projectors that are a comparable age to the PTCW330U.

If you want a multimedia projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might also want to consider the IN3134a ($700.99) (4,200 ANSI lumens), or the IN3136a ($760.00) (4,500 ANSI lumens) both from Infocus.
