Panasonic multimedia projectors have an average rating of 90%, which is in the top 1% of all projector manufacturers that we have analysed. 100% of those that bought a Panasonic projector would recommend the product that they bought to other buyers.

Multimedia

Has a Built-In Speaker(s)

The PT-VW350 has a built-in speaker(s), as do most of the other similar spec projectors that have been available for more than a year.

It may also be worth considering one of the other projectors with a built-in speaker(s) currently available including the Canon WX310ST which is cheaper.

We think you might also be interested in other projectors which also have a built-in speaker(s) including the NEC M323W ($621.49), or the Hitachi CPX4041WN.

Video

Does Not Support Full HD

The PT-VW350 does not support full HD, although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other multimedia projectors that have been available for more than a year also do not support full HD.

We compared all the other data projectors which also support full HD to this projector and we think the Hitachi CP-WX3041WN; or the Acer P1500 ($648.76) are also worth considering.

Performance

Quite Loud Noise Level

Across all the 10000:1 contrast ratio multimedia projectors that came out around the same time as this projector the noise levels range from 27dB to 48dB, and the average noise level is 34dB. With a noise level of 37 decibels, the PT-VW350 has a fairly loud noise level compared to most of the other data projectors that were released one year ago.

We compared this projector to all the other 37dB noise level projectors and we think cheaper multimedia projectors such as the Epson EB-965H is also worth considering.

If you would consider a data projector with a louder noise level then you might want to look at the CPWX3541 (37dB), or the CPX4041WN (37dB) both from Hitachi.

Released Over a Year Ago

Panasonic released the PT-VW350 in April 2017.

Projector

Average Projector Brightness

The Panasonic PT-VW350 has a relatively typical projector brightness (4,000 ANSI lumens) compared to most of the other similar spec multimedia projectors that have been available for a comparable time to this multimedia projector.

We compared all the other 4,000 ANSI lumens brightness projectors to this data projector and we think because of it's better review score, the Benq MH741 ($899) is also worth considering.

If you would prefer a brighter projector brightness then you might want to consider the Panasonic PT-VX420 ($1,087.95) (4,500 ANSI lumens).
