The PT-CX300 supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 (HD 1080). That's over six times the resolution of a 640 x 480 (VGA) projector, which is the most common resolution supported by data projectors that have been around for around the same time as the PT-CX300. 640 x 480 (VGA) is also supported by this multimedia projector. In addition, this projector support supported graphics resolutionss of 720 x 400, 720 x 480, 720 x 576, 1024 x 768 (XGA), 1280 x 720 (HD 720), 1280 x 800 (WXGA), 1400 x 1050 (SXGA+), 1440 x 900 (WXGA+) and 1600 x 1200 (UXGA) and 1680 x 1050 (WSXGA+).
