Average Noise Level

The Optoma X304M has a pretty standard noise level (33 decibels) compared to most of the other projectors of a comparable type and age to this projector.

It may also be worth also looking at one of the other 33dB noise level data projectors currently available including because of it's better review score, the Acer K335 ($736.99), or the Benq W1400.

If you would consider a data projector with a louder noise level then you might want to look at the Optoma W304M ($747.99) (33dB).

Does Not Support Full HD

Like most of the other similar spec multimedia projectors that are a comparable age to this multimedia projector, the Optoma X304M does not support full HD.

There are a number of alternative data projectors which also support full HD which you might also want to look at including the W1400, or the MH680 both from Benq which also has a higher rating.

At 3,000 ANSI lumens, the Optoma X304M has a fairly average projector brightness compared to most of the other similar spec projectors that have been around for more than two years.

If you are looking for a brighter projector brightness then you might want to look at the Panasonic PT-TW340 (3,200 ANSI lumens), the NEC NP-M332 ($959) (3,300 ANSI lumens), or the Acer H6520 (3,500 ANSI lumens) which also has a higher rating.
