Design

Nice Design

Two owners reckoned that this projector was good looking. Mr S J Dillon said “Pretty bright image.” in his review of this projector.

Good Product Quality

Two owners considered that it was good quality. Ms. Tj Norwood rated the product 6 stars and mentioned on Amazon “What a beautifully sharp display! The picture quality on this is gorgeous” in their review of this projector. Robert Grosvenor wrote in his review of this projector “Excellent quality image for something this size” .

Robust

One person who purchased it considered that it was well made. Dave scored it 6 stars and he wrote in his Optoma ML1500E review “It feels like it in the dark) Connectivity is generally good for the video and the built in player manages most formats (apart from the choppiness”.

Difficult to Use

One person who bought it thought it was not easy to use the menus. Dave said on Amazon “Menu system is appalling, particularly the buttons which do not do what they state” in his Optoma ML1500E review. One person wrote in their reviews that it was not easy to use. Dave said “Would be better with a backlight to use in the dark (or at least have something to make it easy to feel which way up it is”.

Does Not Support Full HD

The ML1500E does not support full HD, although this is within the context that most of the other projectors of a similar age and spec to this data projector also do not support full HD.

We think you might also be interested in alternative projectors which also support full HD including the PJD8633, or the PJD6683WS ($799.99) both from Viewsonic or the Epson EH-TW5200.
