Does Not Support Wi-Fi

Most data projectors that came out around the same time as the HD131 do not support wi-Fi. The Optoma HD131 is no exception to this as it too does not support wi-Fi.

We compared all the other data projectors which also support wi-Fi to this multimedia projector and we think the Epson EB-Z9900W[plb_2549632_price], the Elmo BOXi MP-350[plb_2578320_price], or the Benq GP20[plb_2231335_price] is also worth considering.

Quite Dim Projector Brightness

The average projector brightness of projectors of a similar age and spec to the HD131 is 2,900 ANSI lumens. With a projector brightness of only 2,000 ANSI lumens, the Optoma HD131 has a fairly dim projector brightness compared to most of the other data projectors that were released more than two years ago.

It may also be worth considering one of the other 2,000 ANSI lumens brightness data projectors currently available including because of it's better review score, the Benq W7000+[plb_1403580_price], or the Optoma ZX210ST[plb_1748910_price].

If you want a projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might want to look at the Optoma HD50[plb_2578841_price] (2,200 ANSI lumens), or the Panasonic PT-AE8000U[plb_1897386_price] (2,400 ANSI lumens) which is also higher rated.
