The Optoma H114 supports full HD. Most of the other data projectors that came out around the same time as the H114 do not support full HD.

We compared this projector to all the other projectors which support full HD and we think because of it's better review score, the Optoma H183X[plb_3381810_price] is also worth considering.

We compared this multimedia projector to all the other data projectors with a built-in speaker(s) and we think the Optoma X340[plb_3495228_price] which is cheaper; or the Optoma H183X[plb_3381810_price] which has better reviews are also worth considering.

1920 X 1080 (HD 1080) Supported Graphics Resolutions

The Optoma H114 supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 (HD 1080). That's over six times the resolution of the most common supported graphics resolutions of 640 x 480 (VGA) (which is also supported by this data projector). This Optoma data projector also support supported graphics resolutionss of 800 x 600 (SVGA), 1024 x 768 (XGA), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) and 1360 x 768 (WXGA) and 1600 x 1200 (UXGA). Across all data projectors that have been around for a similar time to the H114 the worst resolution is 640 x 480 (VGA) and the best is 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA).

Poor 3D Picture Quality

One Optoma H114 owner reckoned that the Optoma H114 did not have a good 3D picture quality. Ryan Tech Reviews wrote on Amazon “This projector can also be used for watching television and supports 3D viewing, unfortunately I do not have the necessary equipment to use these features”.

Does Not Support Wi-Fi

The Optoma H114 does not support wi-Fi. Most of the other new comparable spec projectors also do not support wi-Fi.
