The Optoma EW556 does not support full HD, although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other projectors of a similar age and spec to the EW556 also do not support full HD.

Alternative projectors which also support full HD that you might want to look at include the MS504 ($308.99), or the MX505 both from Benq or the Optoma DH1011 ($806.62) which is also higher rated.
