Unacceptable Noise Level

A few Infocus IN5144a reviewers said in their reviews that it was not noisy. Whathifi.com mentioned “Noisy picture”.

Does Not Support 3D

The Infocus IN5144a does not support 3D. Most of the other data projectors of this type and age also do not support 3D.

There are a number of alternative projectors which also support 3D that you might also want to look at including the NP-M311W, or the NP-V311X ($579.00) both from NEC or the Infocus IN3124 which also has a higher rating.

Most projectors of this age and type do not support full HD. The IN5144a is no exception to this as it too does not support full HD.

It is worth also looking at alternative multimedia projectors which also support full HD including the Benq SH960, the Epson 475Wi, or the Hitachi CP-WX8255A which also has a higher rating.

Most projectors that have been available for around the same time as the IN5144a do not support wi-Fi. The Infocus IN5144a is no exception to this as it too does not support wi-Fi.
