Supports Wi-Fi

The Epson Powerlite W28+ supports Wi-Fi. Most of the other multimedia projectors of this age and type do not support Wi-Fi.

There are a number of other data projectors which support Wi-Fi currently available that you might also want to look at including the Benq W1500, or the Epson PowerLite 1222 ($798.99) which has better reviews.

Does Not Support Full HD

The Powerlite W28+ does not support full HD. Most of the other multimedia projectors that were released around the same time as this multimedia projector also do not support full HD.

It is worth considering alternative projectors which also support full HD including the Epson Home Cinema 600.

We compared this multimedia projector to all the other data projectors with a built-in speaker(s) and we think because of it's better review score, the NEC NP-M282 ($599) is also worth considering.

Average Noise Level

With a noise level of 37 decibels, the Powerlite W28+ has a pretty standard noise level compared to most of the other comparable spec data projectors that are a similar age to this projector.

We compared all the other 37dB noise level data projectors to this multimedia projector and we think the 965H ($450), the EB-W18, and the PowerLite 955W ($699) all from Epson which has better reviews is also worth considering.
