At 32 decibels, the EH-TW9200 has a fairly standard noise level compared to most of the other multimedia projectors of a similar spec and age to this projector.

Alternative 32dB noise level multimedia projectors currently available that you might want to consider include cheaper multimedia projectors such as the Epson EH-TW6100W.

If you are not concerned about having a louder noise level then you might want to look at the Optoma HD83 (22dB), or the Benq W7500 (35dB) which is also higher rated.
