The projector brightnesss of comparable spec projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as the EB-X03 range from 300 ANSI lumens to 12,000 ANSI lumens, and the average projector brightness is 3,300 ANSI lumens. At only 2,700 ANSI lumens, the Epson EB-X03 has a quite dim projector brightness compared to most of the other 10000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that are a comparable age to the EB-X03.

It may also be worth considering one of the other 2,700 ANSI lumens brightness projectors currently available including cheaper projectors such as the Epson EB-X20.

If you want a projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might also want to look at the NEC M322X (3,200 ANSI lumens) which also has a higher rating.
