Epson has unexceptional reviews for its 16000:1 contrast ratio projectors, however it has good average reviews when measured across its entire projector range. 100% of those that bought a Epson projector would recommend the product that they bought to other buyers.

The Epson EB-520 supports Wi-Fi, which is unusual. Most of the other projectors that have been around for a comparable time to this projector do not support Wi-Fi.

Alternative projectors which also support Wi-Fi that you might want to consider include the EB-530, or the EB-535W both from Epson.

If you are looking for a projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might want to look at the Acer H7550BD (3,000 ANSI lumens) which also has a higher rating.
