At only 37 decibels, the Benq MX726 has a fairly quiet noise level compared to most of the other 11000:1 contrast ratio projectors that came out around the same time as this multimedia projector. 11000:1 contrast ratio projectors that were released more than two years ago have noise levels of between 37dB and 38dB, and the average noise level is 38dB.

We compared this projector to all the other 37dB noise level data projectors and we think the Benq MW727 which is cheaper is also worth considering.
