The projector brightnesses of multimedia projectors of this spec and age range from 800 ANSI lumens to 4,200 ANSI lumens, and the average projector brightness is 3,000 ANSI lumens. The Benq MW665+ has a fairly bright projector brightness (3,200 ANSI lumens) compared to most of the other 13000:1 contrast ratio projectors that were released around the same time as this multimedia projector.

We compared this data projector to all the other 3,200 ANSI lumens brightness projectors and we think the Benq MX600 which has better reviews is also worth considering.

If this projector projector brightness is too dim for you then you might want to consider the Benq MX768 ($1,495) (4,000 ANSI lumens) which also has a higher rating.
