The best resolution of all data projectors of a comparable type and age to this multimedia projector is 1080p (1920x1080) and the worst is SVGA (800x600).

At 3,000 ANSI lumens, the Benq MW621 has a fairly standard projector brightness compared to most of the other projectors of this spec and age.

Other 3,000 ANSI lumens brightness data projectors currently available which you might want to look at include because of it's better review score, the MW820ST, the MX819ST ($749.00), or the MS504 ($308.99) all from Benq.

If you want a multimedia projector with a brighter projector brightness then you might also want to look at the S1283 (3,100 ANSI lumens), or the S1383 (3,200 ANSI lumens) both from Acer or the Benq MW824 ($799.99) (3,200 ANSI lumens) which also has a higher rating.

The Benq MW621 has a pretty standard noise level (33 decibels) compared to most of the other projectors of this type and age.

We think you might also be interested in some of the alternative 33dB noise level multimedia projectors currently available including a cheaper multimedia projector such as the Benq MX662 or you might consider a better rated multimedia projector such as the Benq MS504 ($308.99).

Projectors with a louder noise level that might also be worth considering include the Benq MW721 (33dB).

Design

Subpar Data-Image Quality

One customer who purchased it reckoned that it was not good quality. Pc Mag wrote in their review of the Benq MW621 “Subpar data-image quality”.


Video

Does Not Support Full HD

The Benq MW621 does not support full HD, although keep in mind that most of the other projectors of this age and spec also do not support full HD.

It is worth considering other projectors which also support full HD including the Epson EH-TW5100, the Acer S1283, or the Benq MW820ST which is also higher rated.
