Six Asus S1 reviewers who reviewed the Asus S1 thought it was wifi compatible. Design Counts said on Amazon “Excellent except the WiFi” in their review of the Asus S1. Design Counts also said “Please fix the software so that the B1M uses industry standard wireless content beaming technology”. Trotter gave it a very good rating and mentioned on Amazon “Is it "Wireless"? Here is my only disappointment with the projector.”.
A few Asus S1 reviewers considered that this projector was good in terms of USB connections. Last year Mark mentioned “Beautifully made, some useful aspects such as USB charger.” in his review however he only gave the product a score of 3 stars. Xoanito scored this projector 4 stars and wrote “The USB is great for powering chromecast/fire stick.”. Expert website Pcper.com wrote “The S1 Skype phone is a USB and wireless accessory that enables you to take your Skype phone calls, contact lists” in their review of this projector.

Good Sound Quality
Some Asus S1 owners reckoned that the product had good sound quality. Trotter said on Amazon “If you do have a pair of speakers you can easily plug in (to your computer or the projector), go for it” in their review of the Asus S1. Xoanito mentioned on Amazon “The audio port gives excellent sound on headphones”.
Acceptable Noise Level
A number of customers who bought the Asus S1 considered that it was quiet. Agj wrote “Unit has worked well for 10 months - quiet in Eco mode” but in spite of that they gave this projector a score of 60 out of 100. Brian Moore wrote in December this year “Seems to be relatively quiet and I did not check the speaker” but despite that he rated this projector 20 out of 100. This month Xoanito wrote in their review of the Asus S1 “It's a fairly silent projector for a small room”.
Two Asus S1 reviewers mentioned in their reviews that it was noisy. In December last year Mike wrote “Not too noisy at all with all the cables needed”. Trotter mentioned in their Asus S1 review three years ago “Nice decent sound, loud enough to cover the noise of the fan (which, btw, is a bit loud)” and scored the Asus S1 very highly.
