The Acer X1273 has a built-in speaker(s), as do most of the other projectors of a comparable age and spec to the X1273.

Alternative data projectors with a built-in speaker(s) currently available that you might also want to look at include the Benq TW523 which has better reviews.

4 Reasons Against

Poor Connectivity

One customer who purchased it thought it was not good in terms of HDMI connections. Jezzadarlo wrote on Amazon in October last year “It has no HDMI connection”.

Does Not Support 3D

Most of the other data projectors of a comparable type and age to the X1273 support 3D, however the Acer X1273 does not support 3D.

There are a number of alternative projectors which also support 3D which you might also want to consider including the Optoma DX346, or the Benq MS619 which also has a higher rating.

Does Not Support Full HD

The Acer X1273 does not support full HD. Most of the other projectors of a comparable spec and age to the X1273 also do not support full HD.

We compared this projector to all the other multimedia projectors with a full HD and we think the MS504 ($308.99), or the MX505 both from Benq or the Optoma DH1011 ($806.62) which also has a higher rating is also worth considering.

Does Not Support Wi-Fi

The Acer X1273 does not support wi-Fi, although keep in mind that most of the other projectors of this type and age also do not support wi-Fi.
