Not 3D Compatible

Most flatpanel monitors that came out more than two years ago are not 3D compatible. The Philips 240P4 is no exception to this as it too is not 3D compatible.

The Philips 240P4 has an LCD display type which is better than the LED display type found on most PC monitors that were launched more than two years ago.

We compared this PC monitor to all the other flatpanel monitors that have an LCD Display and we think because of it's better review score, the BL2411[pl_1541459_price], and the BL3200[pl_2590821_price] both from Benq or the Philips 271S4[plb_1405933_price] is also worth considering.

Flatpanel monitors with a better display type that might also be worth considering include the iiyama XB2780HSU[plb_1370714_price] (LED), the LG 24MB65[plb_2256054_price] (LED), or the Benq XL2430[plb_2417361_price] (LED) which also has a higher rating.
