Small monitors manufactured by Philips have good ratings on average compared to other brands. We also checked the reviews for all PC displays (not just small monitors) and found that Philips also has good ratings across its entire range.

This PC display has an LED display type, which is the most commonly found display type on small monitors that have been available for a similar time to it.

There are a number of alternative flatpanel monitors with a built-in speaker currently available which you might also want to consider including the NEC MultiSync EA193 ($194.99), or the Benq BL902 which is cheaper.

We compared this PC display to all the other PC displays with a built-in speaker and we think the Philips 19B4LCB5/75 is also worth considering.
