The HP LP2465 has an LCD display type which is better than most PC displays of this age and spec. Most PC monitors that have been around for around the same time as it have an LED display type.

There are a number of other LCD screens that have an LCD Display currently available that you might also want to look at including because of it's better review score, the Eizo FlexScan EV2316.

PC screens with a better display type that might also be worth considering include the AOC e2250Swdnk (LED) which is also higher rated.
