One person said in their reviews that the product was not easy to use. Mark Nicols wrote in his review “Unless ur using it for pc gaming u won't be able to use it at its full potential which is a 2k display!”.

Monitor worked right out of the box (with the supplied cables). No issues so far. Resolution is outstanding. I love this monitor. Glad I got this instead of the 27inch...
