Good Picture Quality
Some Asus PB278 reviewers who reviewed it reckoned that it had good colour saturation. Aurazor mentioned on Amazon “Images are bright, colours are pure” and rated this PC monitor 5 stars. Azeem wrote in their review on Amazon in November last year “Colours are decent, not as good as I've seen on my Dell Ultrasharps” however despite that they scored the product 2 stars. Last year Christian R wrote “Very good display, great colours”.

Has a Built-In Speaker
The Asus PB278 has a built-in speaker. Most of the other flatpanel monitors of this age and spec do not have a built-in speaker.

Does Not Have a Built-In Camera
The Asus PB278 does not have a built-in camera, although keep in mind that most of the other PC displays of a similar age and spec to the PB278 also do not have a built-in camera.
We think you might also be interested in alternative PC displays which also have a built-in camera including the Philips 272P4[plb_1489468_price], or the Acer DA220[plb_1606986_price].
Not 3D Compatible
The Asus PB278 is not 3D compatible. Most of the other medium monitors that were launched around the same time as the PB278 are also not 3D compatible.
PC screens which are 3D compatible that might also be worth looking at include the VG278[pl_1410103_price], or the VG27AH[pl_1426322_price] both from Asus or the Benq BL2710[plb_1729060_price].
Does Not Have an Integrated Card Reader
The Asus PB278 does not have an integrated card reader. Most of the other LCD screens of this age and spec also do not have an integrated card reader.
We think you might also be interested in alternative PC monitors which also have an integrated card reader including the U2713H[pl_1518815_price], or the U2413[pl_1565290_price] both from DELL or the Acer DA220[plb_1606986_price] which also has a higher rating.
