We found 645 current offers for cameras from eBay making it the biggest camera retailer. That is more than twice as big as the second biggest retailer, Adorama for whom we found 284 current offers for cameras. The third biggest retailer is Overstock with 201 current camera offers.

For each retailer we took all of their prices and looked at what proportion of those prices where the cheapest on the market. The cheapest retailer that we found was eBay. 506 of their camera prices were the cheapest that could be found anywhere.

Assessing how cheap each retailer is for digital cameras by counting the number of cheapest prices for that retailer, makes the retailers that offer the greatest number of camera prices more likely to offer the greatest number of cheapest prices. Over the last 3 years we couldn't see any prominent trend in the release month for new digital cameras. In March 2019, 10 new cameras were released making it the biggest month that year for new digital camera releases. 16 new digital cameras were released in August 2018 making it the biggest month that year for new digital camera releases. The biggest month in 2017 for new digital camera releases was June, with 18 new cameras released that month.
