Some Sony DSC-W690 owners considered that the product was compact. Allenpops wrote “Great compact camera, takes up little room in handbag” in their review of the Sony DSC-W690. Three years ago Amazon Customer wrote in their review on Amazon “Beacause I wanted something compact, without too many knobs, or the annoying function thingy that so many new cameras have on the top of them”.
