This is a great starter camera for the beginner to average use personal camera. Pictures as good as 35mm if not better...

Gave this as a gift to my teenage son for him to have this summer when he travels to Italy and Greece. Sent him out several days to take pictures during the day and early evening hours. Can only say,
Great camera to start learning with. Low cost, Good variety of manual settings and great auto-setting features
Easy to use. Fast responsive touch screen. Superb zoom settings. Good for macro photography. Great for general photography
Lightweight enough to carry in a pocket
Cable connections seem to be a bit awkward. Does have a mini-HDMI cable out but have not had a chance to use it. Screen is a little hard to see in bright sun
