At 30 frames per second, the Logitech B905 has a fairly standard maximum frame rate compared to most of the other low megapixel count webcams that were launched around the same time as the B905.

Alternative 30fps maximum frame rate webcams currently available which you might want to consider include because of it's better review score, the Microsoft LifeCam Cinema ($43.99), the V7 Elite Webcam 2000, or the Logitech B500 ($10.00).

If this webcam maximum frame rate is too low for you then you might also want to look at the Gembird CAM0360U-1 (60fps), or the Konig CMP-WEBCAM3D10 (60fps) which also has a higher rating.
