3 Reasons For
Has a Brush Tool
The Dirt Devil Easy Steam has a brush tool, which is unusual. Most of the other medium maximum input power vacuum cleaners that have been on the market for more than a year do not have a brush tool.
It may also be worth considering one of the alternative vacuum cleaners with a brush tool currently available including the Bestron ABL850GR which is cheaper; or the Hoover WR71WR01 which has better reviews.
Dirt Devil Has Good Reviews for Its Vacuum Cleaners
On average Dirt Devil vacuums are rated 70%, which is in the top 96% of all vacuum cleaner brands that we have looked at.
At only 1.2 kilograms, the Easy Steam is very light compared to most of the other medium maximum input power vacuum cleaners that have been around for more than a year. The lightest similar spec vacuum cleaner that is a comparable age to the Easy Steam is 1.1kg heavy and the heaviest is 28kg.
If you would consider a vacuum cleaner with a heavier weight then you might want to look at the WD 2.200 (4.6kg), or the MV 2 (4.5kg) both from Kärcher or the Hoover SP81SM11001 (4.9kg).
2 Reasons Against
Quite Short Cord Length
When compared to other medium maximum input power vacuum cleaners that have been on the market for a comparable time to the Easy Steam, the cord length of the Easy Steam of only 3 meters is one of the shortest. The shortest cord length of vacuums that were launched around the same time as the Easy Steam is 1.8m and the longest is 16m.
The Easy Steam is not cordless, although it is worth keeping in mind that most of the other comparable spec vacuum cleaners that came out more than a year ago are also not cordless.
