I sent it in to Gigabyte assuming they would repair it or send a replacement. They sent it back about three weeks later, without any explanation of the problem
I assumed it was fixed, but after reinstalling the machine again it powers the fans, but won't boot up
Now I am stuck with a dead mother board. I've been without a computer for a month. Thanks Gigabyte. Or is Gigabad

I had some issues installing Debian Testing on this board, I ended up installing through UEFI, had to disable IOMMU in bios or mouse and keyboard wouldn't work during OS install
Another issue I had with the motherboard is VIA V 805 USB 3 controller chip, and I suspect it's the same issue other people reporting in Windows -- system freezes when trying to send bulk data over US
