The Vivitek DX255 has a built-in speaker. Most of the other 10000:1 contrast ratio multimedia projectors that have been around for around the same time as the DX255 also have a built-in speaker.

Alternative projectors with a built-in speaker currently available that you might want to consider include the Benq MH530[plb_3334650_price], or the Acer H6510BD[plb_3155054_price] which has better reviews.

There are a number of other projectors which also have a built-in speaker that you might also want to look at including the Canon 0910C005[plb_3740073_price].
