The Vivitek DH976-WT supports Full HD projection. Most of the other 15000:1 contrast ratio projectors that came out more than a year ago do not support Full HD projection.

It may also be worth also looking at one of the alternative projectors which support Full HD projection currently available including cheaper projectors such as the Infocus IN1118HD ($1,149.00).

Other projectors which also support Full HD projection that you might also want to look at include the EH415e, or the EH415ST ($1,046.99) both from Optoma.
