Very Bright Projector Brightness

Across all the comparable spec multimedia projectors that were released more than two years ago the projector brightness range from 100 ANSI lumens to 8,000 ANSI lumens. At 6,500 ANSI lumens, the Vivitek D8300 has a very bright projector brightness compared to most of the other 3000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been around for around the same time as the D8300.

1080p (1920x1080) Native Projector Resolution

The Vivitek D8300 has a maximum resolution of 1080p (1920x1080). That's over two times the resolution of the most frequently found native projector resolution of WXGA (1280x800). The resolution of all 3000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been available for around the same time as the D8300 ranges from SVGA (800x600) (worst) to WUXGA (1920x1200) (best).
