The PJD8333 supports a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200 (UXGA). That's over six times the resolution of the most common graphics resolution of 640 x 480 (VGA). In addition, this projector supports a graphics resolution of 1024 x 768 (XGA). Does Not Support 3D Image Projection

Most of the other similar spec data projectors that were launched around the same time as the PJD8333 support 3D image projection, however the PJD8333 does not support 3D image projection.

It is worth considering alternative projectors which also support 3D image projection including the PowerLite Home Cinema 5030ub ($2,995.00), or the PowerLite Pro G6550WU both from Epson or the Benq W7000+ ($5,907.74) which also has a higher rating.

Does Not Support Full HD Projection

Most projectors of a comparable spec and age to the PJD8333 do not support Full HD projection. The PJD8333 is no exception to this as it too does not support Full HD projection.

We compared this projector to all the other data projectors with a Full HD projection and we think the Benq W7000+ ($5,907.74), the Optoma EH501 ($2,541.53), or the Panasonic PT-AE8000U ($1,699.00) which also has a higher rating is also worth considering.

Does Not Support WiFi Connectivity

The Viewsonic PJD8333 does not support WiFi connectivity. Most of the other projectors of a comparable age and spec to the PJD8333 also do not support WiFi connectivity.

There are a number of other data projectors which also support WiFi connectivity which you might also want to look at including the Elmo BOXi MP-350 ($1,216.03), the Vivitek Qumi Q7 ($725.99), or the Benq GP20 which also has a higher rating.
