4 Reasons For

Panasonic Data Projectors Have Excellent Reviews

Data projectors built by Panasonic generally have excellent reviews.

Supports Full HD Projection

The PT-VZ570 supports Full HD projection, which is unusual. Most of the other 5000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that were released around the same time as the PT-VZ570 do not support Full HD projection.

We compared this projector to all the other projectors with a Full HD projection and we think the Epson EB-4850WU[plb_1949825_price] is also worth considering.

Has a Built-In Speaker

The PT-VZ570 has a built-in speaker, as do most of the other projectors of this age and spec.

Other projectors with a built-in speaker currently available that you might want to look at include the Panasonic PT-VW535[plb_2843895_price] which is cheaper.

We compared this projector to all the other data projectors with a built-in speaker and we think the Ricoh PJ WX4240[plb_1582306_price], or the Epson EB-4850WU[plb_1949825_price] is also worth considering.

WUXGA (1920x1200) Native Projector Resolution

The highest resolution of the Panasonic PT-VZ570 is WUXGA (1920x1200). That's over two times the resolution of a WXGA (1280x800) projector, which is the most frequently found resolution.

This projector's resolution (WUXGA (1920x1200)) is in fact the best resolution across all projectors of this type and age.

Across similar types of projector the worst resolution is XGA (1024x768).

3 Reasons Against

Does Not Support 3D Image Projection

Most 5000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that are a comparable age to the PT-VZ570 do not support 3D image projection. The Panasonic PT-VZ570 is no exception to this as it too does not support 3D image projection.

Chart Edit

Does Not Support WiFi Connectivity

The Panasonic PT-VZ570 does not support WiFi connectivity, although keep in mind that most of the other similar spec data projectors that were released around the same time as the PT-VZ570 also do not support WiFi connectivity.

It is worth considering alternative data projectors which also support WiFi connectivity including the Epson EB-4750W[plb_1949826_price] which is also cheaper.

Only One VGA (D-Sub) Port

Most projectors of a similar spec and age to the PT-VZ570 have between one and two VGA (D-Sub) ports, including the PT-VZ570 which has one VGA (D-Sub) port.

3 Other reasons to consider the Panasonic PT-VZ570

Released Over Two Years Ago

Panasonic released the PT-VZ570 over two years ago.

Average Noise Level

The PT-VZ570 has a pretty average noise level (37 decibels) compared to most of the other 5000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that are a similar age to the PT-VZ570.

It may also be worth also looking at one of the other 37dB noise level multimedia projectors currently available including cheaper multimedia projectors such as the Panasonic PT-VW535[plb_2843895_price].

If you are not worried about having a louder noise level then you might also want to look at the Epson EB-4750W[plb_1949826_price] (38dB) which is also cheaper.

Average Projector Brightness

The PT-VZ570 has a pretty typical projector brightness (4,500 ANSI lumens) compared to most of the other 5000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that have been on the market for a comparable time to the PT-VZ570.

If you are looking for a brighter projector brightness then you might want to look at the Panasonic PT-VW535[plb_2843895_price] (5,000 ANSI lumens) which is also cheaper.
