Data projectors produced by Panasonic generally have excellent reviews compared to other manufacturers.

Has a Built-In Speaker

Like most of the other 5000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that were launched more than two years ago, the PT-EX800 has a built-in speaker.

There are a number of other projectors with a built-in speaker currently available that you might want to look at including the NEC PA572 which is cheaper.

We compared all the other multimedia projectors which also have a built-in speaker to this projector and we think the NEC PA522, or the Panasonic PT-EW730 ($3,099.00) is also worth considering.

Quite Bright Projector Brightness

The Panasonic PT-EX800 has one of the brighter projector brightness (7,500 ANSI lumens) amongst similar spec multimedia projectors of this age. 5000:1 contrast ratio data projectors that were launched around the same time as the PT-EX800 have projector brightness of between 2,000 ANSI lumens and 10,000 ANSI lumens.

The PT-EX800 does not support WiFi connectivity. Most of the other projectors of a comparable age and spec to the PT-EX800 also do not support WiFi connectivity.
