The Optoma W490 supports a maximum resolution of 1600 x 1200 (UXGA). That's over two times the resolution of the most common graphics resolution of 1024 x 768 (XGA) (which is also supported by this data projector). This Optoma data projector also support graphics resolutions of 640 x 480 (VGA), 800 x 600 (SVGA), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), 1280 x 768 (WXGA) and 1280 x 800 (WXGA) and 1360 x 768 (WXGA). Across all recently released 10000:1 contrast ratio multimedia projectors the resolution ranges from 640 x 480 (VGA) (worst) to 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) (best).

Like most of the other comparable spec multimedia projectors that were launched in the last year, the Optoma W490 does not support WiFi connectivity.
