Nice Design

Several Optoma W316 reviewers said in their reviews that it was good looking. Techworld.com mentioned “Most of today's business projectors try to be slim and svelte, blending beautifully into the background, even if their hardware capabilities fall considerably short of impressing”. Has a Built-In Speaker

Like most of the other 15000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been available for around the same time as the W316, the Optoma W316 has a built-in speaker.

We compared all the other multimedia projectors with a built-in speaker to this projector and we think the Epson EH-TW5200[plb_1732117_price] which has better reviews is also worth considering.

There are a number of other multimedia projectors which also have a built-in speaker which you might want to look at including the Infocus IN126[plb_2194104_price].

1920 X 1200 (WUXGA) Graphics Resolution

The highest resolution supported by the Optoma W316 is 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA). That's 20% more resolution than a 1600 x 1200 (UXGA) data projector, which is the most frequently found resolution supported by 15000:1 contrast ratio projectors that have been on the market for more than two years. 1600 x 1200 (UXGA) is also supported by this projector. This Optoma projector also support graphics resolutions of 1024 x 768 (XGA), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA), 1280 x 800 (WXGA), 1400 x 1050 (SXGA+), 1440 x 900 (WXGA+) and 640 x 480 (VGA) and 800 x 600 (SVGA).
