Supports Full HD Projection

The Optoma HD161X supports Full HD projection, as do most of the other projectors that have been around for a comparable time to the HD161X.

We compared this data projector to all the other multimedia projectors with a Full HD projection and we think the NEC M353WS[plb_3119768_price], the LG PF1000U[plb_3372417_price], or the Sony VPL-VW300ES[plb_3024701_price] is also worth considering.

1080p (1920x1080) Native Projector Resolution

The highest resolution of the Optoma HD161X is 1080p (1920x1080). That's over two times the resolution of a XGA (1024x768) multimedia projector, which is the most frequently found resolution. The worst resolution of all projectors that have been available for around the same time as the HD161X is nHD (640x360) and the best is DCI 4K (4096 x 2160).
