Has a Built-In Speaker

Like most of the other similar spec multimedia projectors that are a comparable age to the GT5000, the Optoma GT5000 has a built-in speaker.

We compared this projector to all the other data projectors with a built-in speaker and we think a cheaper projector such as the Canon LV-WX300USTi or you might consider a better rated projector such as the LG PF1000U ($792.99), and the NEC M353WS ($1,166.54) are also worth considering.

The Optoma GT5000 has a maximum resolution of 1080p (1920x1080). That's over two times the resolution of a XGA (1024x768) projector, which is the most frequently found resolution. Across all data projectors that have been on the market for around the same time as the GT5000 the resolution ranges from nHD (640x360) to DCI 4K (4096 x 2160).

The Optoma GT5000 supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1080 (HD 1080). That's over six times the resolution of the most frequently found graphics resolution of 640 x 480 (VGA) (which is also supported by this Optoma projector). This projector also support graphics resolutions of 800 x 600 (SVGA), 1024 x 768 (XGA), 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) and 1360 x 768 (WXGA) and 1600 x 1200 (UXGA). The GT5000 picture quality is great you can see some pictures I have enclosed, when used during the day on a plain wall with no screen. You will see it looks great.
