The smallest lamp power of projectors that have been on the market for a comparable time to the GT1070Xe is 190W, the biggest is 370W, and the average lamp power is 260W.

Average Projector Brightness

With a projector brightness of 2,800 ANSI lumens, the GT1070Xe has a relatively standard projector brightness compared to most of the other similar spec multimedia projectors that are a comparable age to the GT1070Xe.

It may also be worth considering one of the other 2,800 ANSI lumens brightness multimedia projectors currently available including because of it's better review score, the Optoma HD151X.

If you are looking for a brighter projector brightness then you might want to look at the Acer H7550BDZ (3,000 ANSI lumens), or the Canon MW500 (5,000 ANSI lumens).
