Has a Built-In Speaker

The NEC V302W has a built-in speaker, as do most of the other comparable spec projectors that were launched around the same time as the V302W.

Alternative projectors with a built-in speaker currently available that you might want to look at include the Acer P1500 ($543.99), or the Epson 965H ($840.74) which has better reviews; or the Epson EX7230 which is cheaper.

The highest resolution supported by the NEC V302W is 1920 x 1080 (HD 1080). That's over six times the resolution of a 640 x 480 (VGA) projector, which is the most common resolution supported by projectors of this spec and age. This NEC projector also supports a graphics resolution of 1280 x 800 (WXGA). The worst resolution of all 10000:1 contrast ratio multimedia projectors that have been available for around the same time as the V302W is 640 x 480 (VGA) and the best is 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA).
