DELL has unexceptional average reviews across all projectors, however it has good reviews specifically within its 10000:1 contrast ratio multimedia projectors range.

Poor Design

One DELL M110 owner reckoned that it was not ugly. Expert website Firstpost.com mentioned “When one thinks of projectors, they often visualize a bulky, ugly thing that lies bang in the centre of a conference room” in their DELL M110 review but in spite of that they still rated the DELL M110 65 out of 100.

One DELL M110 reviewer who purchased it thought it was not good looking. A. Kennedy wrote in their DELL M110 review on Amazon “Not very elegant” and gave this projector a rating of 60 out of 100.

With a projector brightness of only 300 ANSI lumens, the DELL M110's projector brightness is one of the dimmest amongst projectors that were released more than two years ago. Across all the 10000:1 contrast ratio multimedia projectors that were released around the same time as the M110 the projector brightness range from 300 ANSI lumens to 20,000 ANSI lumens.

Like most of the other projectors of this age and type, the DELL M110 does not support 3D image projection.

We compared all the other projectors which also support 3D image projection to this projector and we think the Benq W710ST ($899.75), or the Vivitek Qumi Q2 which also has a higher rating is also worth considering.
